Light and Comfortable Eyewear!

I've been playing with these awhile and love them. I am a person who hates wearing glasses while playing but these are so comfortable and light that I forget they are on my face. I also love that they do not block your peripheral vision. The pickleball is very visible thru these lens. I highly recommend if your in the market to protect your eyes!

Disappointed

I borrowed a freedom 3.0 from a friend. I loved it. But figured I didn’t need something at that high-quality. So I purchased a 2.0 from you. Hated it. Only played a game or two with it. I would consider it still new. I inquired about, returning it and getting a 3.0. I was told that you are not attending library. And refused. When I looked at it deeper, I don’t like your refund policy at all. I will never purchase anything from you again.

We do our best to make the majority of our cusotmers happy; but it's impossible to please everyone. We are sorry we fell short on this one. We did respond to you less than an hour after you reached out at 5:20 AM on the same day with the response below. Bad reviews hurt small companies but we appreicate everyone has their opinion.
