Light and Comfortable Eyewear!

I've been playing with these awhile and love them. I am a person who hates wearing glasses while playing but these are so comfortable and light that I forget they are on my face. I also love that they do not block your peripheral vision. The pickleball is very visible thru these lens. I highly recommend if your in the market to protect your eyes!

Disappointed

I borrowed a freedom 3.0 from a friend. I loved it. But figured I didn’t need something at that high-quality. So I purchased a 2.0 from you. Hated it. Only played a game or two with it. I would consider it still new. I inquired about, returning it and getting a 3.0. I was told that you are not attending library. And refused. When I looked at it deeper, I don’t like your refund policy at all. I will never purchase anything from you again.

We do our best to make the majority of our cusotmers happy; but it's impossible to please everyone. We are sorry we fell short on this one. We did respond to you less than an hour after you reached out at 5:20 AM on the same day with the response below. Bad reviews hurt small companies but we appreicate everyone has their opinion. Reflection issues

I was really hoping for these to be great for playing pickleball but I can see the reflection of my own eyes in the glasses when wearing them. They are light weight and feel good but the reflection is not good..

Sorry we fell short of your expectations. Keep in mind that these glasses are at a 50% cost of what a competitor brand would sell for. Additionally it looks like you had a coupon so you were able to purchase them at only $33.99 which is a great deal. We have not heard this complaint before but perhaps if you push them a bit closer to your face it woudl avoid the reflection possibly. Please give that a try. Thank you.
