Amazing paddle

I had my thoughts about CRUSH. Being that it was a smaller company and they were newer to the game. But this paddle didn’t disappoint!! I started with pickleball and then started playing tennis and this paddle has helped my game tremendously! Thank you CRUSH for the awesome paddle!!

Love the RQT paddle but it took 10 days to receive it!

I understand that you received my order on Friday and let me know it was going to be shipped on Monday. However, I opted to pay for faster shipping but it took 10 days to receive the paddle from Arizona to Florida. I hope you can fix that issue. I have now been able to play with the paddle 3 times and I am enjoying it tremendously. My previous paddle was purchased 8 years ago and a guy that I play with said the technology has improved so much, that he thought it would improve my game. Well, he was absolutely right. It’s probably taken my game from a strong 3.5 to a 4.0. I have played competitive tennis for over 40 years and felt right at home with the longer handle even though my backhand is one-handed. Now for pickleball, I’m going to try to learn to use two hands!!!

You did choose 'standard' shipping and you put your order in 10 minutes before our store closed on a Friday 11/1, we shipped it on Monday 11/4 and it arrived in Florida on Friday AM 11/8. That is not 10 days, we only ship and work Monday - Friday; we are a small family owned business. If you have any issues in the future please email us directly and we are always happy to serve you.

Poor communication

I wanted to purchase a Crush RQT - my friend, a sponsored player with Crush sent me a coupon but then the next day sent me your ad for a free bag with purchase. I’m playing in nationals so thought heck yea. My paddle gets delivered not no bag. I send a mssg and your reply, instead of saying that’s how it went, we’re happy to get that to you and we’ll let our players no they can’t be combined. You said I didn’t pay full price so I don’t get a bag and then you tried to offer me a discount of 20% or something ridiculous. This is poor customer relations….

HI Joe- I think our communication has been great; I am sorry you feel that way. Our sales rep called you the very same day that you emailed us about your question on 10/17. I then emailed you the very next day 10/18 to let you know that the free bag promo was with a full priced paddle. You were disapointed so we told you that as a courtesy we would be happy to offer you an additional 30% off a bag of your choice since you had already received $30 off the paddle and free shipping + we pay commissions to our reps that do such a great job of sharing our family brand. We are in this business to be profitable and we felt that was more than fair. You and I went back and forth and the dialog was friendly and then you left us a review stating our customer relations was poor. Additionally I further sent out a message to all our reps across the 50 states to remind them that on promos they can not offer a discount code as well; so rest assured we take your feedback very seriously. Our customers mean the world to us and we take tremendous pride in caring for our community. With that being said I have as a one time courtesy; refunded you an additional $33.99 as we have recently dropped the price of the RQT. I hope you will find this more than fair and reconsider the review you initially gave us. Reviews hurt and help small business; imagine if this was yours. Have a wonderful week.
