Q: What is your shipping process?

A: Free economy shipping to all orders over $100 shipped domestically in the US with a physical street address. Additional charges may apply for PO Boxes, HI, AK, PR, APO/FPO, Guam, US Virgin Islands and other areas outside the contiguous 48 states. Currently we do not ship outside of the US. Once shipped we will send carrier and tracking information via email to you.

Q: How do I care for my CRUSH pickleball paddle?

A:  Keeping it clean is easy. Use a lint-free cloth, or use your favorite paddle eraser. Avoid extreme temperatures. Leaving your paddle in a hot or cold car for a long period of time can affect its performance. Invest in a cover to extend the life of your paddle.

Q: How long does a pickleball paddle last?

A: No one can answer this, there are too many variables, how many hours do you play a week, how hard do you hit, how often does it hit a wall or the ground, what temperatures do you play in or where it is stored…the list is long.  We are here to stand behind our paddles; but please review our warranty.
